摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记准确把握我国发展的内外部环境,深刻洞察我国经济发展的阶段性特征和规律,对什么是高质量发展、为什么要高质量发展、怎样实现高质量发展作出了一系列理论概括和战略部署。广东经济特区坚定以习近平总书记关于高质量发展的重要论述为指引,坚持贯彻新发展理念,加快构建新发展格局,围绕改革发展的具体任务,从自身优势、短板、功能定位出发,进行了一系列探索实践,经济实力、科技水平、产业发展、民营经济等领域都取得了长足进步,谱写了广东经济特区经济高质量发展的新篇章。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has accurately grasped the in-ternal and external environment of my country’s development,deeply understood the phased characteristics and laws of my country's economic development,and made a series of theoretical summaries and strategic de-ployments on what is high-quality development,why high-quality development is needed,and how to achieve high-quality development.Guangdong Special Economic Zone firmly follows the important expositions of Gen-eral Secretary Xi Jinping on high-quality development,adheres to the implementation of the new development concept,accelerates the construction of a new development pattern,and conducts a series of explorations and practices around the specific tasks of reform and development,starting from its own advantages,short-comings,and functional positioning.Great progress has been made in economic strength,scientific and tech-nological level,industrial development,private economy and other fields,and a new chapter of high-quality economic development in Guangdong Special Economic Zone has been written.
