进口国跨境电商发展水平对我国出口的影响研究

摘　　要：在传统外贸低迷的背景下,跨境电商作为外贸新业态,推动了外贸业务数智化高质量转型升级。我国政府采取了一系列政策和措施以支持跨境电商的发展,跨境电商为我国的出口贸易创造了巨大的机会,同时也伴随着一系列的挑战和压力。政府和企业利用好跨境电商的发展,有助于促进外贸保稳提质,刺激传统外贸企业转型升级,促进外贸出口的高质量发展。本研究对进口国跨境电商发展水平对我国出口贸易的影响进行了探讨,选取了与我国贸易密切的六个贸易伙伴国的相关数据,通过综合考量的跨境电商发展水平体系构建,计算各贸易伙伴国的跨境电商发展水平,并利用回归模型得出结论:进口国的跨境电商发展水平对我国的出口贸易产生显著的正向影响。文后基于研究发现及结论,提出我国如何利用跨境电商促进出口贸易的相关对策建议,以期帮助相关产业和企业实现降本增效。In the context of the downturn in traditional foreign trade,cross-border e-commerce,as a new form of foreign trade,has promoted the high-quality transformation and upgrading of foreign trade business.The Chinese government has adopted a series of policies and measures to support the development of cross-border e-commerce,which has created huge opportunities for China’s export trade,but also accompanied by a series of challenges and pressures.The government and enterprises make good use of the development of cross-border e-commerce,which helps to promote the stability and quality of foreign trade,stimulate the transfor-mation and upgrading of traditional foreign trade enterprises,and promote the high-quality development of foreign trade exports.This study discusses the impact of the development level of cross-border e-commerce in importing countries on China's export trade,selects the relevant data of six trading partners close to China's trade,calculates the development level of cross-border e-commerce in each trading partner country through comprehensive consideration of cross-border e-commerce development level system construction,and draws a conclusion by using the regression model:The development level of cross-border e-commerce in import-ing countries has a significant positive impact on China's export trade.Finally,based on the research find-ings and conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to use cross-border e-commerce to promote export trade in China to help related industries and enterprises achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.
