摘　　要：位于“一带一路”关键节点上的越南,成为我国企业近几年海外开拓的首选地之一。中国需积极应对越南等发展中国家融入全球劳动规范的新动向,并在“一带一路”倡议下的对外经贸合作及各种商贸协议中形成反映发展中国家立场的劳工准则,以促进劳动者权利保护与经济增长之间的良性互动。Located on the key route of“Belt and Road”,Vietnam has become one of the first choices for Chi-nese enterprises to actively explore overseas in recent years.China needs to actively respond to the new trend of integrating developing countries such as Vietnam into global labour norms,and try to promote the formation of labour norms reflecting the position of developing countries in foreign economic and trade coop-eration under the Belt and Road Initiative as well as in various trade agreements,with the aim of seeking a positive interaction between the protection of workers’rights and economic growth.
