摘  要:为解决地铁保护区传统人工巡查无法全时段、全范围覆盖的问题,以计算机视觉等先进技术为基础,利用通信铁塔架设现代化监控设备,对地铁保护重点与难点区域进行实时监控与智能告警,建立地铁保护区智能化巡查系统,并将该系统在地铁保护区实际场景中试点应用。结果表明,该系统可实现对地铁保护区影像数据的实时获取、数据智能分析、告警推送、事件处置流程闭环管理,对进入地铁保护区域的目标识别对象进行实时告警,在2年多试点期间累计发出5000余次告警,对挖掘机、钻机等目标对象的告警识别综合准确率高达99%以上;通过与人工巡查相结合,可提高地铁保护区巡查效能及地铁保护区内建设工程的监管水平。To solve the issue that the traditional manual patrol of the metro safety protection zone is unable to cover the whole time and the whole range,based on advanced technologies such as computer vision,etc.,communication towers are used to set up modern monitoring equipment to carry out real-time monitoring and intelligent alarms for the key and difficult metro safety protection zones,establish an intelligent patrol system for metro safety protection zone,and the system is piloted in the actual scenario of metro safety protection zone.The result shows that the system realizes the real-time acquisition of image data of the metro safety protection zone,intelligent analysis of data,push notification of alarm information,and closed-loop management of the event handling process,conducting real-time alarms on the target recognition objects entering the metro safety protection zone.The system has issued more than 5,000 alarms during the pilot period of more than two years,and the comprehensive accuracy rate of alarm identification of target objects such as excavators and drilling rigs exceeds 99%,combined with manual patrol,the patrol efficiency of metro safety protection zone and the supervision level of construction projects in metro safety protection zone have been improved.
