摘 要:为避免新安江水电站对于水文测验条件的负面影响,准确推算罗桐埠水文站流量,基于流速仪实测流量、新安江电厂的发电水头和发电功率等资料,采用电功因子与实测流量直接相关法,建立流量、电功率与水头的相关关系线,进而推算出电厂发电期间罗桐埠水文站的过流量。检验表明:定线结果满足一类精度水文站精度要求,分析结果可用于流量资料整编,为新安江水库的生态流量考核及水量分配方案编制提供参考。In order to avoid the negative impact of Xin’anjiang Hydropower Station on the hydrological test conditions,the flow rate of Luotongbu Hydrological Station was accurately calculated.Based on the measured flow rate of the flow meter,the power generation head and power generation power of Xin’anjiang Hydropower station,etc.,the original power pushing method was adjusted,the calibration of the efficiency coefficient of a single unit was omitted,and the correlation line between the flow rate and electric power and the water head was established by the direct correlation method between the power factor and the measured flow,and then the overflow flow of the Luotongbu Hydrological Station during the power generation period of the power plant was calculated.After verification,the alignment results meet the accuracy requirements of the first-class precision hydrological station,and the analysis results can be used for the compilation of flow data,which provides an important reference for the ecological flow assessment and the preparation of water allocation plan of Xin’anjiang Reservoir.
