摘 要:基于采矿工艺对块煤形成的决定性影响,根据山西省屯兰煤矿2206#工作面开采条件,通过改变采煤机滚筒转动方向和采煤机截煤方式,降低液压支架支护强度,实施预裂短延时爆破,进而提高无烟煤块煤率。结果表明,采用上述开采工艺能大幅提高块煤的产量和出矿率,具备良好的技术经济效益。Based on the decisive influence of mining technology on the formation of lump coal,according to the mining conditions of 2206#working face of Tunlan Coal Mine in Shanxi Province,by changing the rotation direction of the shearer roller and the coal cutting mode of the shearer,reduce the support strength of the hydraulic support,implementing pre splitting short delay blasting,and to further improve the anthracite lump coal rate.The results show that the application of the above mining technology can significantly improve the production and extraction rate of lump coal,and has good technical and economic value.
