摘 要:在快速掘进过程中,某矿形成了大断面煤巷,该大断面煤巷存在承载能力弱、易受周围工作面采动影响、现场施工条件差的问题,严重影响井下的采掘接续,使可平行作业的项目无法同时进行,从而影响企业生产效率。为此,采用数值计算、理论分析以及现场实测的方法对某矿围岩控制与煤巷快速掘进工艺进行研究,通过分析某矿的地质条件、围岩稳定影响因素以及快速掘进机组工艺,优化了某矿的快速掘进工艺,从而提高了企业生产效率,保证了某矿井下的安全高效生产。During the rapid excavation process,a large cross-section coal roadway was formed in a certain mine.This roadway has weak bearing capacity,is easily affected by surrounding mining face movements,and has poor on-site construction conditions,which seriously affects the mining continuity underground and prevents parallel projects from being carried out simultaneously,thereby affecting the production efficiency of the enterprise.To this end,numerical calculations,theoretical analysis,and on-site measurements were used to study the control of surrounding rock and the rapid excavation process of coal tunnels in a certain mine.By analyzing the geological conditions,influencing factors of surrounding rock stability,and the rapid excavation unit process of the mine,the rapid excavation process of the mine was optimized,thereby improving the production efficiency of the enterprise and ensuring safe and efficient production in the mine.
