摘 要:针对复合磨床在磨削中砂轮架存在震动较大的现状,围绕砂轮架进行模态分析,采用实验测试及数据分析的方法获取了相关的动态特性参数,得到的结果参数不仅可以反映砂轮架的结构特性,还能为砂轮架的优化设计、减振降噪以及提高加工精度提供理论依据。从整体来看,取得了较好的研究效果,对提升磨削稳定性和加工质量具有重要意义。This paper focuses on the current situation of significant vibration in the grinding wheel frame during the grinding process of compound grinding machines.Modal analysis is conducted around the grinding wheel frame,and relevant dynamic characteristic parameters are obtained through experimental testing and data analysis.The resulting parameters can reflect the structural characteristics of the grinding wheel frame and provide a theoretical basis for its optimal design,vibration and noise reduction,as well as improvement of machining accuracy.Overall,good research results have been achieved,which are of great significance for enhancing the stability of the grinding process and improving machining quality.
