摘  要:针对目前采用的人工巡视方法存在受地域限制、数据采集速度慢的问题,设计了一种利用M-BUS总线通信技术的智能泵站巡视系统。本系统以STM32为核心,以M-BUS总线为通信接口,对泵站的工作状况进行远程智能化监测,并对其故障进行预警和预报。同时,基于智慧云平台,进行远距离通信,并通过WiFi无线通信模块将采集的信息上传到云服务器,从而达到对泵站进行远程信息化管理的目的。所设计系统可有效解决泵站运行中存在的问题,为泵站的安全、稳定运行提供了有效的保证。A smart pump station inspection system utilizing M-BUS communication technology has been designed to address the issues of regional limitations and slow data collection speed in the current manual inspection methods.This system uses STM32 as the core and M-BUS as the communication interface to remotely and intelligently monitor the working status of the pump station,and to provide early warning and prediction of its faults.At the same time,based on the smart cloud platform,longdistance communication is carried out,and the collected information is uploaded to the cloud server through the WiFi wireless communication module,thus achieving the goal of remote information management of the pump station.The designed system can effectively solve the problems existing in the operation of the pump station,providing effective guarantees for the safe and stable operation of the pump station.
