摘  要:螺旋滚筒是采煤机中的重要结构部件,优化改进该结构能提升采煤机的综合性能。在对MG2×80/380-WD型采煤机进行概述的基础上,分析了螺旋滚筒在实践中存在的不足。在滚筒端部位置设置4个均匀分布的截齿,利用EDEM软件对新结构进行仿真分析,发现关键性能指标均得到不同程度的提升。将新结构应用到工程实践中,发现其整体运行稳定,使用寿命预计可延长37.93%。The spiral drum is an important structural component in the coal mining machine,and optimizing and improving this structure can enhance the overall performance of the coal mining machine.On the basis of an overview of the MG2×80/380-WD coal mining machine,the shortcomings of the spiral drum in practice were analyzed.Four evenly distributed cutting teeth were set at the end of the drum,and EDEM software was used to simulate and analyze the new structure.It was found that the key performance indicators were improved to varying degrees.Applying the new structure to engineering practice,it was found that its overall operation is stable,and its expected service life can be extended by 37.93%.
