摘　　要：为解决KDF-5MF滤棒成型复合机烟枪和多功能检测装置(以下简称EYEPORT)入口之间的滤棒跳动太大、难以对中定位,造成滤棒在EYEPORT内的滤棒圆周检测校准、切割位置校准及胶囊填充和胶囊缺失状况识别不准确的问题,设计了一种设置于EYEPORT通道入口处的滤棒限位装置。该装置由安装件和限位件组成。安装件配置成沿竖直方向位置可调,限位件设于安装组件上,其上设有锥形孔,锥形孔出口端孔径小于入口端孔径以及EYEPORT通道入口处的孔径。根据实际情况调整限位件所在位置,使锥形孔、滤棒、EYEPORT通道同轴,进而限制滤棒的跳动,使滤棒圆周测量校准、切割位置校准及胶囊填充和胶囊缺失状况识别更精确,以保障产品质量,降低产品缺陷率。To solve the problem of excessive jumping of the filter rod between the smoke gun of KDF-5MF filter rod forming composite machine and the inlet of the multifunctional detection device(hereinafter referred to as EYEPORT),which makes it difficult to center and position the filter rod,resulting in inaccurate detection and calibration of the filter rod circumference,cutting position,and identification of capsule filling and missing conditions inside EYEPORT,a filter rod limit device is designed at the inlet of the EYEPORT channel.The device consists of an installation component and a limit component.The installation component is configured to be adjustable in position along the vertical direction,and the limit component is located on the installation component with a conical hole.The outlet end of the conical hole has a smaller diameter than the inlet end and the EYEPORT channel inlet.The position of the limit component is adjusted according to the actual situation to make the conical hole,filter rod,and EYEPORT channel coaxial,thereby limiting the jumping of the filter rod,making the circumference measurement calibration of the filter rod,cutting position calibration,and identification of capsule filling and missing conditions more accurate,ensuring product quality and reducing product defect rate.
