摘 要:针对三相智能电表断零线的检测问题,提出了一种基于信号处理和机器学习的新型检测系统与方法。三相智能电表断零线故障可能导致电流不平衡和其他问题,因此需要有效的检测方法。在系统设计方面,构建了一种包含传感器和数据采集模块的检测系统,用于获取三相电流和电压信号。然后,通过采用多种信号处理算法,提取了与断零线故障相关的特征。这些特征包括电流不平衡度、功率波形的形状等。为进一步对断零线进行准确判断,引入了机器学习模型。通过使用标记的训练数据,训练一个分类器,使其能够准确识别断零线故障。A new detection system and method based on signal processing and machine learning are proposed to address the issue of zero line disconnection in three-phase smart meters.The zero line fault of a three-phase intelligent electricity meter may lead to current imbalance and other problems,so effective detection methods are needed.In the aspect of system design,a detection system including sensors and data acquisition modules is constructed to obtain three-phase current and voltage signals.Then,various signal processing algorithms were used to extract features related to zero line faults.These features include current imbalance,shape of power waveform,etc.In order to further accurately determine the zero break line,a machine learning model was introduced.By using labeled training data,train a classifier to accurately identify zero line faults.
