注浆封堵技术在采空区地表裂缝中的应用研究

摘  要:为减少因采空区地表裂缝而引发的系列地质灾害,提出采用注浆充填法的治理技术,通过设计9组不同充填材料的参数对比试验,得到最佳注浆配比方案。该方案如下:电石泥和脱硫石膏的质量比为1:1,粉煤灰和水泥掺入量分别为80%和4%,水灰比为1,并自然养护。经验证,采用该注浆方案后,现场试块的抗压强度及冻融后强度损失率均满足要求,封堵效果好。In order to reduce the series of geological disasters caused by surface cracks in goaf,the grouting filling method is proposed as a treatment technology.Through comparing the parameters of 9 different filling materials,the optimal grouting ratio scheme is obtained.The scheme is as follows:The mass ratio of calcium carbide mud and desulfurization gypsum is 1:1,the dosage of fly ash and cement is 80%and 4%respectively,the water cement ratio is 1,and natural curing is carried out.After verification,the compressive strength and freeze-thaw strength loss rate of the on-site test block meet the requirements after adopting this grouting scheme,and the sealing effect is good.
