基于知识图谱的国内外竞争情报服务文献可视化分析

摘　　要：为系统研究国内外竞争情报服务领域的热点方向及发展态势,文章以WOS和CNKI数据库中的文献为研究对象,利用Citespace和VOSviewer软件对相关领域进行可视化分析,旨在为研究人员提供参考。研究结果表明,国内外在该领域的研究存在显著差异:国外研究更加关注研究对象与用户之间的影响因素,且研究范围较为广泛;而国内竞争情报服务领域则主要集中于理论方法及本学科领域的研究,研究对象相对单一。未来,国内相关领域的研究应在研究范围和研究对象上进行扩展,探索服务实践方面的应用,加强竞争情报服务的跨学科融合研究。To systematically study the hot topics and development trends in the field of competitive intelligence services at home and abroad,this article takes literature from WOS and CNKI databases as research objects,and uses Citespace and VOSviewer software to visualize and analyze related fields,aiming to provide reference for researchers.The research results indicate that there are significant differences between domestic and foreign studies in this field:foreign studies focus more on the influencing factors between research subjects and users,and have a wider scope of research.However,the domestic competitive intelligence service field mainly focuses on theoretical methods and research in the field of this discipline,with relatively single research objects.In the future,research in relevant fields in China should expand its scope and research objects,explore the application of service practices,and strengthen interdisciplinary integration research on competitive intelligence services.
