摘　　要：各类创新孵化载体与行业龙头企业的合作模式成为孵化提质升级和企业开放式创新的重要探索方向。本文以创新孵化载体与龙头企业为研究对象,以顺丰智慧物流创新中心这一典型案例为切入点,采用文献分析、案例研究、专家访谈等方法,深入剖析其合作模式的构建过程、运作机制、实践成效,进一步分析其行业共性挑战并提出对策建议,以期为其他创新孵化载体与龙头企业的合作提供借鉴,以及为促进我国科技创新创业体系的建设和优化提供参考。The cooperation models between various innovation incubation carriers and industry leading enterprises have become an important exploration direction for incubation quality upgrading and enterprise open innovation.This research takes innovation incubation carriers and leading enterprises as the research object,takes the typical case of SF Smart Logistics Innovation Centre as the entry point,adopts the methods of literature analysis,case study,expert interviews,etc.,to deeply analyze the construction process,operation mechanism,and practice effectiveness of its cooperation mode,further analyze its industry common challenges and put forward countermeasure suggestions,with a view to providing reference for the cooperation between other innovation incubation carriers and leading enterprises and to provide reference for promoting the construction and optimization of China's science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship system.
