摘　　要：能源转型对于黄河“几字弯”地区构建安全高效、清洁低碳的现代能源体系至关重要。氢燃料电池汽车由于零排放、效率高、长续航、补能时间短、噪音小等特点,逐渐成为推动氢能产业发展的突破口。然而,高运营成本严重制约了氢能源汽车推广发展。本文通过分析黄河“几字弯”地区氢能交通发展模式,在充分考虑氢能产业“制-储-运-用”一体化基础上,以氢燃料电池重卡为支点,谋求带动周边氢能产业发展。拟建议通过电力交易模式创新、差异化管理氢能、加氢设施网络科学构建、燃料电池汽车推广模式创新、加强燃料电池汽车推广力度等举措,有效推动黄河“几字弯”地区氢能产业高质量发展。Energy transition play critical role of the construction of a safe,efficient,clean and low-carbon modern energy system in the Yellow River zigzag bay(YRZ)region.Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles(HFCV)have gradually become a breakthrough in promoting the development of hydrogen energy industry due to their zero emission,high efficiency,long-time usage,quick recharge and low noise features.However,the high operating cost seriously limited the promotion and development of HFCV.In this work,we analyze the hydrogen energy transportation development mode in the YRZ bay,and systematically consider the integration of hydrogen energy industry from production,storage,transportation,to application.Take HFCV as example,to drive the development of hydrogen energy industry.It is proposed to effectively promote the high-quality development of hydrogen energy industry in the YRZ bay region through the initiatives of power trading model innovation,hydrogen refueling facilities network scientific construction,fuel cell vehicle promotion model innovation,and strengthening the promotion of fuel cell vehicles.
