摘　　要：目的:调查某地区75岁以上老年人健康状况,为早期诊断、早期预防各种疾病提供依据。方法:2022年8—11月将上杭县各乡镇所有75岁以上老年人列为免费健康体检对象,以自愿为原则参加体检,最终共2560名参加体检,对体检结果进行基本信息调查及生化全套、尿液分析、血常规、肿瘤标志物、同型半胱氨酸检查,分析体检结果中各项指标异常情况及与性别、年龄、户籍、体型的关系。结果:本地区疾病或指标异常检出的前三位分别是高同型半胱氨酸血症、高血压、高尿酸血症;不同户籍类型、性别、年龄段、体质量指数老年人中多种异常指标情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,肥胖或超重、空腹血糖升高、脑梗死、冠心病、高同型半胱氨酸血症、白细胞升高、血肌酐升高、蛋白尿是高血压的危险因素,城镇居民、肥胖或超重、高血压、超敏C反应蛋白升高、三酰甘油升高、丙氨酸转氨酶升高、蛋白尿是空腹血糖升高的危险因素,城镇居民和肥胖是血脂异常的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:本地区75岁以上老年人高同型半胱氨酸血症、高血压、高尿酸人群居多,且多因素回归分析结果及不同户籍、年龄段、性别、体型检出率差异具有统计学意义的指标较多,需要根据不同人群特点因地制宜地开展健康教育和慢病防治,增强老年人的健康意识和本地区卫生服务质量。Objective To investigate the health status of elderly people over 75 years old in a certain area,and to provide a basis for early diagnosis and early prevention of various diseases.Methods A total of 2560 elderly people who participated in the health checkup of elderly people in Shanghang county from August to November 2022 were investigated for basic information and biochemical complete set,urinalysis,blood routine,tumor markers,homocysteine examination,and the relationship between abnormalities of indicators and gender,age,household registration,and body type in the results of the physical examination were analyzed.Results The top three detected diseases or index abnormalities in this region were hyperhomocysteinemia,hypertension,and hyperuricemia.There were significant differences in the situation of multiple abnormal indexes among the elderly with different household types,gender,age groups and BMI(P<0.05).The results of multifactorial Logistic regression analyses showed that obesity or overweight and elevated fasting blood glucose,cerebral infarction,coronary heart disease,hyperhomocysteinemia,elevated leukocytes,elevated blood creatinine and proteinuria were the risk factors for hypertension;and urban residents,obesity or overweight,hypertension,elevated ultrasensitive C-reactive protein,elevated triglycerides,elevated gammaglutamyltransferase and proteinuria were the risk factors for elevated fasting glucose;and urban residents and obesity were the risk factors for dyslipidemia(P<0.05).Conclusions The region has a significant difference in the risk factors of hyperhomocysteinemia among elderly people aged 75 years or older.Hyperhomocysteinemia,hypertension,high uric acid population of the elderly above 75 years old is predominant,and the results of multifactorial regression analysis and the difference between the detection rate of different household registration,age group,gender,body type is statistically significant indicators are more,need to be based on the characteristics of different populations to c
