摘　　要：随着生殖医学的迅速发展,卵母细胞体外成熟(IVM)技术取得了显著进步,但目前IVM卵母细胞仍然面临成熟率低、受精率低和受精后胚胎发育潜力低等挑战。本文总结影响IVM卵母细胞质量、受精及胚胎发育潜能的因素,旨在为增强卵母细胞IVM能力和胚胎发育潜能提供创新思路。With the rapid development of reproductive medicine,oocyte in vitro maturation(IVM)technology has made remarkable progress,but IVM oocytes are still facing the challenges of low maturation rate,low fertilization rate and low embryonic development potential after fertilization.This paper summarizes the factors affecting the quality,fertilization and embryonic development potential of IVM oocytes,aiming to provide innovative ideas for enhancing the IVM ability and embryonic development potential of oocytes.
