摘 要:为研究废旧橡胶粉对水泥稳定碎石基层混合料力学及干缩性能的影响,将不同粒径和掺量的橡胶粉以等质量等粒径的方式替换集料,通过考察劈裂强度、弯拉强度、抗压回弹模量和干缩试验研究了不同粒径和掺量的橡胶粉对水泥稳定碎石基层混合料力学及干缩性能的影响。结果表明,掺入橡胶粉降低了水泥稳定碎石基层混合料的劈裂强度、弯拉强度和抗压回弹模量,抑制了水泥稳定碎石的干燥收缩,且橡胶粉的粒径和掺量越大性能变化幅度越大。相较于不掺橡胶粉,掺入40目质量分数0.50%的橡胶粉时,水泥稳定碎石混合料90 d的劈裂强度、弯拉强度和抗压回弹模量分别降低了32.8%、51.0%和26.3%,累计干缩应变和干缩系数分别降低了27.4%和25.5%。In order to study the effect of crumb rubber on mechanical and dry shrinkage properties of cement stabilized crushed stone base mixtures,different particle sizes and amounts of crumb rubber were used to replace the aggregate with equal mass and equal particle size,and the effect of different particle sizes and amounts of crumb rubber on mecha-nical and dry shrinkage properties of cement stabilized crushed stont base were investigated through the splitting strength,flexural tensile strength,compressive resilient modulus,and dry shrinkage test.The results showed that the crumb rubber reduced the splitting strength,flexural tensile strength and compressive resilient modulus of cement stabilized crushed stont base,and inhibited the dry shrinkage of cement stabilized crushed stone base,and the larger particle size and amount of the crumb rubber,the larger the change in the performance of the cement stabilized crushed stone base.Compared with no crumb rubber,the splitting strength,flexural tensile strength,and compressive resilient modulus of cement stabilized crushed stone base at 90 d were reduced by 32.8%,51.0%,and 26.3%,respectively,and the cumulative dry shrinkage strain and dry shrinkage coefficient were reduced by 27.4%and 25.5%,respectively,adding crumb rubber of 40 mesh with a mass fraction of 0.50%.
