摘 要:将胺类防老剂4020分散体采用乳液复合法添加至天然橡胶胶乳中制备耐老化橡胶复合材料,考察了其交联密度、物理机械性能、耐热氧老化性能等,并与机械共混法进行了对比。结果表明,乳液复合法能有效避免橡胶初加工过程中的老化行为,并且有利于促进防老剂在橡胶中的分散,提高了橡胶中防老剂的有效含量,因此采用该方法制备的天然橡胶具有比采用机械共混法更优异的物理机械性能和耐热氧老化性能;同时,较高的交联密度也赋予了复合材料更好的耐磨性和压缩疲劳性能。Amine antioxidant 4020 dispersion was added to natural rubber latex by emulsion compounding method to prepare aging resistant rubber composites,and its crosslinking density,physical and mechanical properties,and thermal-oxidative aging resistance were investigated and compared with mechanical blending method.The results showed that the emulsion compounding method could effectively avoid the aging behavior during the initial processing of rubber,and was conducive to promoting the dispersion of the antioxidant in the rubber,increasing the effective content of antioxidant in the rubber,so that the natural rubber prepared by this method had better physical and mechanical properties,and thermal-oxidative aging resistance than that by mechanical blending method.Meanwhile,the higher crosslinking density also endowed the composite materials with better abrasion resistance and compression fatigue performance.
