摘  要:目的提升城市家具设计满意度,有效促进广场城市家具规划设计决策的民主化、科学化。方法以无锡较具代表性的城市广场、太湖广场、东林广场、二泉映月广场等为研究对象,通过实地观察与问卷调查,深入探索用户需求,架构城市家具设计满意度评价体系。运用KANO-IPA模型对无锡广场城市家具设计进行满意度评价,并量化解析城市家具设计满意度各评价要素的需求属性和优先级排序。结论基于实地调研与评价结果,从健全人性化城市家具服务要素、完善全要素城市家具建设系统、构建系统化城市家具设计体系、聚焦智慧化城市家具建设管理等4个方面提出了无锡广场城市家具设计优化策略。The work aims to improve the satisfaction of urban furniture design,and effectively promote the democra-tization and scientific decision-making of square urban furniture planning and design.With the representative urban squares in Wuxi,such as Taihu Square,Donglin Square and Erquan Yingyue Square as the research objects,through field observation and questionnaire survey,user needs were deeply explored,and the satisfaction evaluation system of urban furniture design was constructed.The KANO-IPA model was used to evaluate the satisfaction of urban furniture design in Wuxi Square.The need attributes and priority ranking of each evaluation element of urban furniture design satisfaction were quantified and analyzed.Based on the results of field investigation and evaluation,the optimization strategy of urban furniture design in Wuxi Square was proposed from four aspects of perfecting the humanized urban furniture service ele-ments,improving the all-factor urban furniture construction system,constructing the systematic urban furniture design system,and focusing on the smart urban furniture construction and management.
