摘  要:以结晶温度、磨网孔径、混粉比例等条件为考察因素,盐酸头孢吡肟粒度为考察指标,优化了盐酸头孢吡肟精氨酸混粉工艺。优化的混粉工艺为:结晶温度9.0℃、磨网孔径1.0mm、混粉比例1∶0.590、混粉转速8.1r/min、混粉时间45min、震荡强度65%。所得产品易于制剂分装,适用于工业化生产。The aim of the study is to optimize the mixing process of cefepime hydrochloride arginine powder.Using conditions such as crystallization temperature,mesh size,and mixing ratio as examination factors,and the particle size of cefepime hydrochloride as examination indicators,explore the optimal mixing conditions.The optimal mixing process is determined as follows:crystallization temperature of 9.0 C,grinding mesh aperture of 1.0 mm,mixing ratio of 1:0.590,mixing speed of 8.1 r/min,mixing time of 45 minutes,and vibration strength of 65%.The product obtained by this process is easy to package and suitable for industrial production.
