摘　　要：通过对苏北农业农村的调研,从农村产业体系、农村区域化生产格局、农房改善、农村治理体系等方面分析了现阶段苏北农业农村现代化发展现状。经研究发现,当前苏北农业农村现代化建设中存在着农村三产融合发展水平有待提升、生态环境仍需改善、科技在农业农村现代化发展中的作用有待激发、城乡居民收入绝对差距仍然偏高、城乡发展不平衡、政策支持与市场机制的促进作用需要加强等问题。在上述分析基础上,从夯实苏北农村基础设施现代化基础、壮大新型农村集体经济、加快农业技术创新、加快“三农”队伍建设等方面提出了加快推进苏北农业农村现代化的建议,为江苏省率先基本实现农业农村现代化提供决策参考。Through research on agriculture and rural areas in northern Jiangsu,the current development status of agricultural and rural modernization in northern Jiangsu was analyzed from the aspects of rural industrial system,rural regional production pattern,improvement of rural houses,and rural governance system.The study found that there is still room for improvement in the integration of the three industries in rural areas and the ecological environment in the current construction of agricultural and rural modernization in northern Jiangsu;the role of technology in the modernization of agriculture and rural areas needs to be stimulated;the absolute income gap between urban and rural residents is widening,and the development of urban and rural areas is unbalanced;the need to strengthen the promoting role of policy support and market mechanisms;based on the above analysis,suggestions for accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in northern Jiangsu are proposed from several aspects,including consolidating the foundation of modernization of rural infrastructure,strengthening the new rural collective economy,accelerating agricultural technology innovation,and accelerating the construction of the“three rural”team.This provides decision-making reference for Jiangsu to take the lead in achieving basic modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
