摘　　要：岭南疏肝调神针灸技术是由岭南针灸医家符文彬教授提出的,基于针灸疏肝、调神治疗原则,在模式上强调技术整合、干预上注重量化精准的一套针灸技术.该技术强调肝与脑在抑郁症发病中的核心作用,并以“肝失疏泄、脑神失调”为病机理论基础指导临床治疗,在抑郁障碍的治疗上显示出显著疗效.对岭南疏肝调神针灸技术的理论和学术创新进行回顾和解读,尝试通过实验研究总结岭南疏肝调神针灸技术抗抑郁的机制,阐述其在治疗抑郁障碍中的科学理论与实践价值.The Lingnan Liver-Soothing and Spirit-Regulating acupuncture technique was proposed by professor Wenbin Fu,a renowned acupuncturist from Lingnan.This technique is based on the principles of acupuncture for soothing the liver and regulating the mind,emphasizing the integration of techniques and the importance of precise,quantitative interventions.It highlights the central role of the liver and brain in the development of depression and uses the theoretical basis of“liver stagnation and brain-mind imbalance”to guide clinical treatment,demonstrating significant efficacy in treating depressive disorders.This paper reviews and interprets the theoretical and academic innovations of the Lingnan Liver-Soothing and Spirit-Regulating acupuncture technique and attempts to summarize its potential anti-depressive mechanisms through team and related experimental studies,aiming to elucidate its scientific and practical value in the treatment of depressive disorders.
