摘　　要：随着建材行业新质生产力的提出,数字化赋能基础建材生产工艺流程的研发与探索尤为重要。本文以洛阳黄河同力水泥有限责任公司工厂升级改造为例,介绍了数字化矿山开采与智能化实验室分析检测系统及成套装备,涉及矿山开采与钻机自动取样、全流程智能化检测分析、出厂水泥存取样智能系统和燃煤检测自动化等,并通过与传统生产模式进行应用效果对比,旨在打造中国建材集团水泥板块数字化矿山和智能化实验室控制系统的标准范例,推动集团智能制造进程,助力双碳、绿色制造和可持续发展的战略目标。With the presentation of new productivity in building materials industry,it is particularly important to digitally empower the research and exploration of basic building materials production processes.Taking the upgrading and renovation of Luoyang Huanghe Tongli Cement Co.LTD.,as an example,this paper introduces the digital mining,intelligent laboratory testing system and complete sets of equipment,which involves automatic sampling of mine mining and drilling rig,intelligent testing and analysis of the whole process,intelligent storage and sampling system of outgoing cement and automatic coal detection,etc.By comparing the application effects with traditional production models,it aims to create a standard example of the digital mine and intelligent laboratory control system in the cement sector of China National Building Materials Group,promote the intelligent manufacturing process of the Group,and support the strategic goals of dual carbon,green manufacturing and sustainable development.
