摘 要:挖机行业以旋装式机油滤清器远传到液压泵舱为主要结构形式,以期实现维保便捷。结合理论依据及实践案例,辩证剖析了机油滤清器远传结构的优缺点;参考整机布局和机油滤清器发展趋势,回溯了远传结构在挖机行业普及的历史渊源;依托发动机舱空间布局,论证了环保式机油滤清器模块在机舱顶部维保的可行性。旨在为挖机行业机油滤清器的布置提供一种低本、高效、可靠的方案选择。The oil filter arrangement for the excavator industry is mainly structured around spin-on oil filters that travel far to the hydraulic pump compartment for convenient service.Combind with theoretical basis and practical experience,the advantages and disadvantages of the long-range transmission structure of the oil filter were analyzed dialectically;referring to the overall layout of the machine and the trend of the development of the oil filter,the historical origin of the long-range transmission structure in the excavator industry was traced;relying on an overview of the space layout of the vehicle compartment,the feasibility of environmental oil filter modules being covered on the top of the engine compartment was demonstrated.The research results provide a low-cost,efficient and reliable solution to the placement of oil filters in the excavator industry.
