摘 要:针对某车型驾驶性能不佳及轮胎磨损严重等问题,利用ADAMS对样车的双叉臂前悬架进行运动学特性分析,建立双叉臂前悬架组合的虚拟样机模型,并对仿真模型进行双轮同向激振试验。研究样车悬架各关键点的坐标位置对悬架运动学特性的影响,分析行驶时车辆性能不佳及轮胎磨损加剧等问题出现的原因。通过ADAMS/Insight对双叉臂前悬架坐标位置进行优化,提出双叉臂前悬架坐标位置的改进建议,使存在的问题得到有效改善。Aiming at the problems such as poor driving performance and serious tire wear,ADAMS was used to analyze the kinematics characteristics of the double-arm front suspension of the sample car,the virtual prototype model of the double-arm front suspension combination was established,and the simulation model was tested by double-wheel in the same direction.The influence of coordinate position of key points of suspension on kinematics characteristics of the sample vehicle was studied,and the causes of poor vehicle performance and tire wear were analyzed.ADAMS/Insight was used to optimize the coordinate position of the double-arm front suspension,and the suggestion of improving the coordinate position of the double-arm front suspension was put forward,so that the existing problems could be effectively improved.
