摘 要:我国高原地区较多,随着经济发展,对机车性能的要求不断提高。因此,通过GT-SUITE一维仿真软件建立了6缸直列柴油机整机模型,在平原校准后分别在易贡、贡觉、邦达隧道3种高原典型隧道环境中进行仿真,研究分析柴油机在不同高原隧道与平原三工况(标定、中间、惰转)工作时的性能变化,功率补偿后根据循环F“轨道牵引”,利用比排放计算公式计算NO_(X)和SOOT比排放,并与UICⅢA机车排放限值对比。结果表明,功率补偿后柴油机在易贡、贡觉、邦达隧道下的NO_(X)比排放满足排放标准,SOOT比排放则分别高出标准0.367,1.233和2.210 g/(kW·h)。为该机型柴油机高原工作性能优化提供了参考。There are many plateau areas in China,and with the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for locomotive performance in the plateau is also constantly increasing.Therefore,a simulation model of a 6-cylinder inline diesel engine was established using GT-SUITE one-dimensional simulation software.After calibration in the plain,simulations were conducted in three typical plateau tunnel environments:Yigong,Gongjue,and Bangda tunnels.The performance changes of the diesel engine under three working conditions(calibration condition,intermediate condition,coasting condition) in different plateau tunnel environments and plain environments were studied and analyzed.After power compensation,NO_(X) and SOOT specific emissions were calculated using the emission calculation formula based on the F-cycle "track traction" and compared with the emission limits of UIC III A locomotives.The results showed that after power compensation,the NO_(X) specific emissions of diesel engine operating in the Yigong,Gongjue,and Bangda tunnel environments all met the emission standards,while the SOOT specific emissions were 0.367,1.233,and 2.210 g/(kW·h) higher than the standards respectively.This provides a reference for optimizing the performance of locomotive diesel engine in high-altitude environments.
