摘 要:短线法U形梁在城市轨道交通中应用较少,如何在拼装过程中控制桥梁合理线形尤为重要,为此提出了一种基于BIM技术快速合理的预拼装方法。首先,利用Revit软件对U形梁桥梁构件建模,并对其进行参数化设计。确保桥梁构件的精确性和可调整性,为后续施工提供了坚实基础;然后将Revit模型与施工进度计划导入Navisworks软件,利用该软件的TimeLiner(时间轴)功能,进行详尽的施工模拟。这一模拟过程能够预先判断拼装过程中可能出现的偏差,并据此对施工工序进行更为合理的安排。这种前瞻性的施工规划不仅有助于缩短施工周期,还能有效节约资源,提高整体施工效率。提出的基于BIM技术的预拼装方法为城市轨道交通中短线法U形梁的应用提供了一种高效、精确且节约资源的解决方案。The short-line method of U-shaped beam is rarely used in urban rail transit,and how to control the reasonable alignment of the bridge in the assembly process is particularly important,so a fast and reasonable pre-assembly method based on BIM technology was proposed.Firstly,Revit software was used to model the U-beam bridge components and design them parametrically.Ensure the accuracy and adjustability of the bridge components,and provided a solid foundation for subsequent construction.The Revit model and construction schedule were then imported into Navisworks.Detailed construction simulations was performed by utilizing the TimeLiner function in the software.This simulation process can predict possible deviations in the assembly process and make a more rational arrangement of the construction process accordingly.This forward-looking construction planning not only helps to shorten the construction period,but also effectively saves resources and improves the overall construction efficiency.In summary,the proposed pre-assembly method based on BIM technology provides an efficient,accurate and resource-saving solution for the application of short-term U-shaped beams in urban rail transit.
