摘　　要：目的:观察将切开挂线对口引流术应用于肛周脓肿患者的治疗对其术后创面愈合及肛门功能恢复的影响。方法:选取2021年5至2024年4月于本院进行治疗的肛周脓肿患者60例,随机分成对照组(n=30)采用常规切开引流术治疗与观察组(n=30)采用切开挂线对口引流术治疗,观察两组患者的治疗疗效、手术与术后相关指标如创面愈合时间、肛门功能的恢复以及术后1m内并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间与住院时间明显较对照组更短(P<0.05)。术后两组肛管静息压、直肠静息压明显下降,肛管最大收缩压明显升高,观察组各指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:切开挂线对口引流术治疗肛周脓肿患者疗效较好,能有效缩短术后创面愈合时间,对肛门功能影响较小,且并发症风险更低。Objective:To observe the effect of incision thread-drawing counter-drainage on wound healing and anal function in patients with perianal abscess.Methods:Sixty patients with perianal abscess who were treated at the hospital from May 2021 to April 2024 were selected and randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional incision and drainage,while the observation group underwent incision thread-drawing counter-drainage.Therapeutic effects,wound healing,anal function and the incidence of complications within one month after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Surgery time of the two groups was similar(P>0.05).Wound healing time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).After surgery,there were significant decreases in resting anal canal pressure and resting rectal pressure,and significant increases in the maximum anal contraction pressure in both groups.Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly lower resting anal canal pressure and resting rectal pressure,and significantly higher maximum anal contraction pressure(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Incision thread-drawing counter-drainage is effective in the treatment of patients with perianal abscess.It can effectively shorten wound healing time,with little influence on anal function.Besides,the risk of complications is low.
