摘  要:以‘海沃德’猕猴桃带芽茎段为外植体进行离体培养,筛选出最佳茎段诱导再生芽、继代增殖和生根等培养基的生长调节剂组合。初步建立离体培养体系。结果表明,最佳诱导腋芽萌发的生长剂组合为6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,萌芽率94.3%,褐化率为0;最佳继代增殖生长调节剂组合为6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,增殖系数为4.47,增殖率达到87.6%;最佳生根生长剂组合为IBA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,生根率达到100%。Using the sprouted stem segments of‘Haywood’kiwifruit as explants for in vitro culture,the optimal combination of growth regulators for inducing regenerated shoots,subculture proliferation,and rooting in stem segments was selected.Preliminary establishment of its in vitro culture system.The results showed that the optimal combination of growth agent for inducing axillary bud germination was 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,with a germination rate of 94.3% and a browning rate of 0;The optimal combination of subculture increment growth regulators is 6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,with a proliferation coefficient of 4.47 and a value-added rate of 87.6%;The optimal combination of rooting growth agents is IBA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L,with a rooting rate of 100%.
