摘  要:作者采用对峙培养法测定生防菌钩状木霉、枯草芽孢杆菌及其协同对蓝莓根腐病菌的抑制作用。结果表明,钩状木霉对蓝莓根腐病菌抑制作用较强,抑制率为61.73%,其抑制作用为寄生作用和竞争作用;枯草芽孢杆菌对蓝莓根腐病菌抑制作用较弱,抑制率为23.87%,其抑制作用为拮抗作用。两株生防菌随着量的增加,生防效果增强,对共享镰刀菌的抑制作用都表现为破坏菌丝,造成菌丝病变和厚垣孢子增多的现象。该项研究为开发有效的生防制剂提供了依据。The author used a confrontational culture method to determine the inhibitory effects of biocontrol bacteria Trichoderma hookosum,Bacillus subtilis,and their synergistic effects on blueberry root rot pathogens.The results show that,Trichoderma hookosum on root rot of blueberry was strong and the inhibition rate was high,is 61.73%,its inhibitory effect is parasitic and competitive.Bacillus subtilis has a weak inhibitory effect on root rot of blueberry,and the inhibition rate is 23.87%,its inhibitory effect is antagonistic.With the increase of the amount of biocontrol bacteria,the biocontrol effect is enhanced,and the inhibition effect on the Fusarium commune is the destruction of hyphae,resulting in the phenomenon of hyphal lesions and increased spores.This study provides a basis for the development of effective biocontrol agents.
