摘　　要：中国地质图书馆可追溯到1916年,是中国最早的科技专业图书馆机构。初创时期的负责人李学清、赵志新、卢祖荫致力于规范图书管理、建设独立馆舍、服务学术研究等,为发展中国地质事业、推动地质科技创新、培养地质人才、促进国际交流合作做出了重要贡献,其个人作为机构初创者和领域科学家,具有较高的行业地位与影响力,时至今日仍具有借鉴和启发意义。National Geological Library of China traced back to 1916 is the earliest scientific and technological professional library institution in China.During the initial period,the leaders LI Xueqing,ZHAO Zhixin,and LU Zuyin were committed to standardizing book-management,constructing independent building,and serving academic research.They made important contributions to the development of China's geological industry,promoting geological technology innovation,cultivating geological talents,and promoting international exchange and cooperation.As institutional founders and field scientists,they have a high industry status and influence,and still have reference and inspiration significance today.
