摘 要:风力发电机运行过程中塔筒状态需要人工定期巡检,存在人员劳动强度大、效率低、维护不及时、管控不到位等问题,容易引发安全事故。因此,结合物联网技术,设计了风力发电塔筒倾斜监测系统,实现了对风机塔筒倾斜角度的采集、远程监测、预警,有效帮助工作人员掌握风机塔筒状态,提高工作效率。通过系统测试表明:系统运行稳定、可靠,能够有效加强电力系统运行的安全性,提高风力发电系统的智能化,具有良好的应用价值。Regular manual inspections are required for the tower state during the operation of wind turbines,which can lead to issues such as high labor intensity,low efficiency,untimely maintenance,and inadequate control,which can easily lead to safety accidents.Therefore,combined with the Internet of Things technology,a wind power tower inclination monitoring system was designed,which achieved the collection,remote monitoring,and early warning of the inclination angle of the wind turbine tower,effectively helping staff to grasp the status of the wind turbine tower and improve work efficiency.System testing has shown that the system operates stably and reliably,effectively enhancing the safety of power system operation,improving the intelligence of wind power generation systems,and has good application value.
