乡村振兴背景下民族地区农业产业结构的时空分布特征分析——以凉山彝族自治州为例

摘　　要：基于凉山彝族自治州农业产业发展现状的数据,在产值维度上研究了农业产业结构的时空分布特征,在指标维度上分析了农业产业结构的合理性、高度性、高级性和高新性的时间序列变化特征,并综合分析了农业产业结构综合指数的时空动态变化规律,以期为凉山彝族自治州和其他民族地区在新时代、新阶段的乡村振兴战略实施过程中制定农业产业发展规划或政策、优化产业结构格局,以及实现“产业振兴”的目标提供理论参考和实践指导。结果表明:凉山彝族自治州国内生产总值、农林牧渔业产值、产业结构综合评价指数总体上呈现逐年上升的向好态势,产业结构的合理性、高级性、高度性指标表明其越来越接近平衡状态,但高新性指标的上升幅度不足。凉山彝族自治州农林牧渔业产值占比表现为逐年下降的趋势,其产值占比远高于同期全国和四川省的平均水平,其中,农林牧渔业产值基本上表现为农业>牧业>林业>渔业。凉山彝族自治州产业结构的空间分布差异明显,西南区域优于东北区域,地理优势区域优于交通闭塞区域,经济发达区域优于发展积蓄区域。Based on the current situation data of agricultural industry development in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,this study investigates the temporal and spatial characteristics of agricultural industry structure from the perspective of output value,explores the temporal series changes of the rationality,high-level,advancy and high technology of agricultural industry structure from the indicator dimension,and clarifies the spatial-temporal dynamic changes of the comprehensive index of agricultural industry structure from a comprehensive evaluation perspective.It is expected to provide theoretical reference value and practical guidance for Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture and other ethnic areas to formulate agricultural industry development planning policies,optimize the industrial structure,and achieve the goal of industrial revitalization in the new era and new stage of rural revitalization strategy implementation.The results show that the gross domestic product,total value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishery,and comprehensive evaluation index of industrial structure in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture have shown an overall upward trend year by year.The rationality,advancy,and high-level indicators of industrial structure indicate that it is getting closer to a balanced state,but the increase in high-tech indicators is insufficient.The proportion of the total value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishery in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture has been declining year by year,far higher than that of the whole country and Sichuan Province during the same period.The proportion structure of each production part is basically manifested as“total agricultural output value>total animal husbandry output value>total forestry output value>total fishery output value”.The spatial distribution of industrial structure in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture shows significant differences,with the southwest region being better than the northeast region,the geographical advantage region being bette
