摘　　要：知识产权是一种无形资产,它可以为国家的出口贸易提供竞争优势和市场准入门槛。本文利用2004—2019年中国与“一带一路”共建国家的贸易数据,以及我国知识产权保护水平的指标,探讨了知识产权对我国高技术产品出口扩展边际的影响机制。实证结果表明,知识产权保护水平的提高对我国高技术产品出口扩展边际具有显著的正向作用,这一效应在“一带一路”共建国家中更为显著,且该效用通过了稳健性检验。基于以上发现,本文提出以下政策建议:一是加强知识产权保护,促进高技术产品出口的质量和效益;二是深化与“一带一路”共建国家的知识产权合作,打造创新共同体;三是积极参与全球知识产权治理,推动知识产权规则的改革和完善。Intellectual property is an intangible asset that can provide a competitive advantage and market access for a country’s export trade.This article utilizes trade data from China and countries along the“Belt and Road”from 2004 to 2019,along with indicators of China’s intellectual property protection level,to explore the impact mechanism of intellectual property on the expansion margin of China’s high-tech product exports.The results show that the improvement of intellectual property protection level has a significant positive effect on the expansion margin of China’s high-tech product exports,and this effect is more significant in countries along the“Belt and Road”.In addition,factors such as the tariff level,economic scale,and fixed trade costs of the importing countries also have an important impact on the expansion margin of China's high-tech product exports.Based on these findings,this article proposes the following policy recommendations:(1)Strengthen intellectual property protection to promote the quality and efficiency of high-tech product exports;(2)Deepen intellectual property cooperation with countries along the“Belt and Road”to build an innovation community;(3)Actively participate in global intellectual property governance and promote the reform and improvement of intellectual property regulations.
