摘 要:针对目前微波消融缺少术前精准仿真系统,拟定治疗方案高度依赖医生临床经验,难以实现肿瘤精准消融的问题,本研究设计了一款基于LabWindows/CVI的微波消融仿真软件。该软件能进行不同消融针组合形式及不同热疗剂量下的热场及热损伤场模拟,辅助临床医生制定治疗方案。经验证,该软件可实现消融功率0~100 W和消融时间0~25 min连续可调;且可实现双针顺序消融仿真、单针退步消融仿真,仿真结果与实际消融状况高度吻合。该软件可大幅提高微波消融仿真效率,弥补不同消融针组合形式下微波消融治疗效果的不可预见性,为临床医生在治疗计划阶段提供有力支持。Aim of the problem that microve ablation can′t achieve the precise ablation of tumours because of lacking precise preoperative simulation system and treatment plan being highly dependent on the clinical experience of doctors,we designed a microwave ablation simulation software based on LabWindows/CVI.This software could simulate thermal field and thermal damage field under different ablation needle combinations and different thermotherapy doses to assist clinicians in formulating treatment plans.It had been proved that the software could achieve continuously adjustable ablation power from 0 to 100 W,and ablation time from 0 to 25 min.It also could achieve sequential ablation simulation with two needles and step-back ablation simulation with one needle,and the simulation results were highly consistent with the actual ablation condition.The development of this software greatly can improve the efficiency of microwave ablation simulation,make up for the unforeseeable vacancy of microwave ablation treatment effect under different combinations of ablation needles,and provide powerful support for clinicians in the treatment planning stage.
