摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化的决定》,是这次会议取得的最重要的成果。党的二十届三中全会围绕一个主题、两条主线展开,“发展型改革”重点聚焦于提高全要素生产率,“治理型改革”重点聚焦于解决突出矛盾实现社会和谐,二者的共同目的在于推动中国特色社会主义制度更加成熟更加定型。“发展型改革”与“治理型改革”的基本内涵是:全面深化改革的重点是构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制,全面深化改革的难点是增强现代企业的动力和活力,全面深化改革的关键是发挥经济体制改革的牵引作用,全面深化改革的着力点是完善高水平对外开放体制机制。中国式现代化推动理论与实践创新发展:中国式现代化创造人类文明新形态,推进中华民族伟大复兴进程,引领全球治理和经济发展走向,锻造“大国之治”的新型政党。The Resolution on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization,which was adopted at the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,is the most critical achievement of the conference.The conference focused on one theme and two masterstrokes‑with"Development‑oriented Reform"focusing on improving total factor productivity,and"Governance‑oriented Reform"focusing on resolving outstanding contradictions and achieving social harmony,both of which are jointly aimed at promoting the socialist system with Chinese characteristics to become more mature and formalized.The basic connotations of these two kinds of reform is to comprehensively deepen reform,with its focuses on building a high‑level socialist market economic system,with its difficulty in enhancing the motivation and vitality of modern enterprises,with its key in giving play to the role of economic structural reform as an engine of progress,and with its emphasis on improving the high-level opening-up systems and mechanisms.Chinese mode to modernization promotes the innovative development in theory and practice,which not only creates a new form of human civilization and pushes forward the process of China's great rejuvenation,but also leads the way in global governance and economic development,and forges a new type of political party with"the rule of great powers".
