摘 要:分析“双减”背景下中小学生抑郁影响因素,可为“双减”相关的理论与实践工作提供一定的借鉴。我国六省10698位学生的调查数据显示:“双减”背景下,中小学生抑郁总体状况较好;学业焦虑、校园欺凌、每天写作业时间、每天参加校外培训时间等显著正向影响抑郁;对未来的信心、自尊、父母情感支持、亲子关系、师生关系等显著负向影响抑郁。对此,需加强家校合作,及时干预中小学生抑郁,持续执行“双减”政策,建立良好的亲子关系、和谐的师生关系。Analyzing the influencing factors of depression among primary and secondary school students in the context of“double reduction”can provide some reference for the theoretical and practical work related to“double reduction”.The survey data of 10698 students in six provinces of China shows that under the background of“double reduction”,the overall depression status of primary and secondary school students is relatively good;Academic anxiety,campus bullying,daily homework time,and daily extracurricular training time have a significant positive impact on depression;Confidence in the future,self esteem,parental emotional support,parent child relationships,teacher student relationships,and other factors have a significant negative impact on depression.In this regard,it is necessary to strengthen family school cooperation,timely intervene in depression among primary and secondary school students,continue to implement the“double reduction”policy,and establish good parent child relationships and harmonious teacher student relationships.
