摘  要:以锐齿槲栎容器苗为研究对象,将不同胚根短截处理的种子分别在相同的播种条件下播种,分析胚根短截对播种苗生长、根系发育和生物量的影响。结果表明:胚根短截对锐齿槲栎幼苗生长、根系发育和生物量均有显著影响;胚根短截能显著抑制锐齿槲栎幼苗主根生长,促进侧根数、根冠比和生物量的增加;胚根短截1/3苗木质量最佳,其苗高、地径、质量指数、根冠比、侧根数和生物量(侧根、根、总)分别较其它处理高4.8%~21.8%、6.5%~24.6%、4.3%~68.9%、6.0%~61.5%、5.9%~216.3%、和1.6%~329.0%。综合来看,胚根短截1/3更有利于提高锐齿槲栎幼苗生长发育,提高苗木质量。Using container seedlings of Quercus aliena as the research object,different radicle truncation treated seeds were sown under the same sowing conditions and the effects of radicle truncated seeds on seedling growth,root development and biomass were analyzed.The results showed that radicle truncation treatments had significant effects on seedling growth,root development and biomass.Radicle truncation treatment could significantly inhibit taproot growth,and promote the increase of lateral root number,root-shoot ratio and biomass accumulation.The quality of seedlings with 1/3 short radicle was the best,the seedling height,ground diameter,quality index,root-shoot ratio,lateral root number and biomass(lateral root,root and total)were 4.8%~21.8%,6.5%~24.6%,4.3%~68.9%,6.0%~61.5%,5.9%~216.3%,and 1.6%~329.0%,higher than those of other treatments,respectively.In summary,the 1/3 radicle truncation was more conducive to sapling growth and development,improving the quality of seedlings of Quercus aliena.
