摘 要:地下水不仅是植物生长所需的重要水源,也是维持生态平衡的关键因素。本研究聚焦敦煌西湖国家级自然保护区地下水位变化对草本植物群落结构和特征的影响,采用线性拟合和单因素分析,对2科11属12种草本植物在不同地下水埋深分布特点进行了调查分析。研究结果显示,随着地下水埋深增加,植物群落的覆盖度明显减少,而植物的高度则先增加后减少,地下水埋深约3 m时,植物的高度在埋深区间内没有显著差异;物种的丰富度随着地下水埋深增加而呈下降趋势。本研究揭示了该地区草本植物群落特征与地下水埋深的关系,对保护区植被管理和保护具有重要意义。Groundwater is not only an important water source for plant growth,but also a key factor in maintaining ecological balance.The study focused on the effects of groundwater level changes on herbaceous community structure and characteristics in Dunhuang West Lake National Nature Reserve.We used linear fitting and single-factor analysis methods to investigate the distribution characteristics of 12 herbs in 11 genera of 2 families under different groundwater depth conditions.The results showed that the coverage of plant communities is significantly decreasing with the increase of groundwater burial depth,while the height of plants increases first and then decreases.When the groundwater burial depth is about 3 m,the height of the plant is not significantly different in the burial depth range.The species richness decreases with the increase of groundwater burial depth.This study revealed the relationship between the characteristics of herbal flora and the depth of groundwater burial in this area,which is of great significance to the management and protection of vegetation in the protected area.
