摘　　要：赋权能力在失智症患者照顾者的照顾质量中发挥着重要作用。通过文献回顾,本文从赋权能力的定义、相关理论、评估工具、影响因素等方面进行综述,以失智症患者照顾者为研究对象,旨在运用照顾者赋权理论改进失智症患者居家照护模式,进一步提高失智症患者的照顾质量。Objective Empowerment plays an important role in the care quality of caregivers of dementia patients.Through literature review,this paper reviewed the definition of empowerment,relevant theories,assessment tools,influencing factors and other aspects of empowerment.Taking caregivers of dementia patients as the research object,the paper aimed to use the theory of caregiver empowerment to improve the home care model of dementia elderly people,and further improve the care quality of dementia elderly people.
