摘　　要：目的总结成人炎症性肠病患者静脉血栓栓塞评估与预防的最佳证据。方法检索Up To Data、BMJ Best Practice、Cochrane Library、加拿大胃肠病学协会、欧洲克罗恩病和结肠炎组织、国际炎症性肠病组织等数据库或专业学会网站中有关成人炎症性肠病患者静脉血栓栓塞评估与预防的临床决策、指南、共识、系统评价、证据总结。检索时间为建库至2023年5月31日。由3名研究者对文献进行质量评价,提取最佳证据初稿,与循证小组讨论后,汇总归纳主题。结果共纳入12篇文献,其中指南4篇、专家共识6篇、系统评价2篇。最终归纳包括危险因素评估、评估时机、筛查及诊断、基础预防、机械预防、药物预防、管理与治疗、健康宣教8个维度共34条证据。结论总结的最佳证据可为成人炎症性肠病患者静脉血栓栓塞规范化管理提供循证依据,对临床实践具有指导意义。Objective To summarize the best evidence for the evaluation and prevention of venous thromboembolism in adult patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods Clinical decision,guidelines,consensus,systematic reviews,evidence summary on the evaluation and prevention of venous thromboembolism in adult patients with inflammatory bowel disease in databases or professional society websites such as Up To Data,BMJ Best Practice,Cochrane Library,Canadian Society of Gastroenterology,European Crohn's Disease and Colitis Organization,International Inflammatory Bowel Disease Organization,etc.were searched.The search time was from the establishment of the database to May 31,2023.Three researchers evaluated the quality of the literature,extracted the first draft of the best evidence,and summarized the themes after discussion with the evidence-based group.Results A total of 12 articles were included,including 4 guidelines,6 expert consensus,and 2 systematic reviews.The final summary included 34 pieces of evidence in 8 dimensions,including assessment of risk factors,assessment timing,screening and diagnosis,basic prevention,mechanical prevention,drug prevention,management and treatment,and health education.Conclusion The best evidence summarized can provide an evidence-based basis for standardized management of venous thromboembolism in adult patients with inflammatory bowel disease,which has guiding significance for clinical practice.
