摘　　要：目的构建适用于脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)患者的二元应对(dyadic coping,DC)干预方案。方法以系统交互模型(systemic-transactional model,STM)作为理论基础,通过文献分析法、结构化访谈形成干预方案初稿。采用德尔菲法进行2轮函询,根据专家函询意见对方案进行修改,形成干预方案终稿。结果17名专家进行了2轮德尔菲函询,问卷回收率分别为85%、100%;专家权威系数为0.885;经过2轮专家函询,各个条目的重要性变异系数为0~0.180,肯德尔和谐系数为0.201,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。最终形成SCI患者DC干预方案。结论本研究构建的SCI患者DC干预方案具有科学性、可靠性和实用性,可为SCI患者及其配偶共同积极应对疾病提供参考。Objective To construct a dyadic coping(DC)intervention program for patients with spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods Using the systemic-transactional model(STM)as the theoretical framework,the preliminary draft of the intervention plan was constructed by using the literature research method and structured interviews method.The Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of expert consultations,and the program was modified according to the expert consultation opinions to form the final draft of the intervention program.Results Two rounds of Delphi consultations were conducted among 17 experts,and the return rates of the questionnaire were 85%and 100%,respectively.The expert authority coefficient was 0.885.After 2 rounds of expert consultation,the coefficient of variation of each item were from 0 to 0.180,and Kendall's coefficient was 0.201,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Finally,a DC intervention program for SCI patients was formed.Conclusion The DC intervention program for patients with SCI constructed in this study is scientific,reliable,and practical,which can provide a reference for SCI patients and their spouses to positively cope with the disease.
