国外长期照护服务质量评价的研究现状及对我国的启示

摘　　要：长期照护(long-term care,LTC)服务的提供是应对全球老龄化趋势所导致LTC需求增加的重要举措,对LTC服务质量进行评价是验证其有效性的重要手段。本文通过对国外LTC服务质量评价的工具、评价主管机构、供方准入和质量检查与结果公开等发达国家经验进行梳理,分析其对我国LTC服务质量评价的启示,以期为逐步完善我国LTC服务质量评价体系提供借鉴。Objective The provision of long-term care(LTC)services is an important measures to the rise in long-term care needs caused by the global trend of aging,and the evaluation of LTC service quality is an important means to verify its effectiveness.The experiences of developed countries in this article was combed through the foreign LTC service quality evaluation tools,evaluation of the authority,the supplier access and quality inspection,and analyze the enlightenment to China's LTC service quality evaluation,so as to gradually perfect our LTC service quality evaluation system to provide theoretical basis.
