成品油内浮顶储罐浮盘选型的分析与探讨

摘　　要：对目前部分成品油内浮顶储罐为符合国家环保要求而进行的浮盘改造问题进行了分析和探讨。对单盘式钢制内浮盘、双盘式钢制内浮顶、整体加强模块式不锈钢内浮顶、不锈钢蜂巢内浮顶、玻璃钢内浮顶的结构形式进行了简要介绍,就《GB 50074-2014石油库设计规范》和规范修订送审稿、《GB 50160-2018石油化工企业设计防火标准》以及内浮顶储罐挥发性有机物(VOC_(s))治理环保技术要求中有关浮盘的规定内容进行了解读,从施工风险、工期、投资造价、运行维修以及建设手续方面对钢制浮盘和不锈钢浮盘进行了对比,提出了选型建议,为相关企业浮盘改造提供了参考。The transformation of floating plate of some oil product internal floating roof tanks to meet the national environmental protection requirements are analyzed and discussed.The structural forms of single-plate steel inner floating plate,double-plate steel inner floating roof,integrally reinforced modular stainless steel inner floating roof,stainless steel honeycomb inner floating roof and glass fiber reinforced plastics inner floating roof are briefly introduced.The provisions on floating tray in the"Code for Design of Oil Depot(GB 50074-2014)"and its revised draft for approval,"Standard for Fire Prevention Design of Petrochemical Enterprise(GB 50160-2018)"and the technical requirements for volatile organic compounds(VOCs)control of inner floating roof storage tank are explained.The carbon steel floating plate and stainless steel floating plate are compared from the aspects of construction risk,construction period,investment cost,operation and maintenance and construction procedures,and the selection suggestions are put forward,which can provide a reference for the relevant enterprises floating plate transformation.
