摘  要:综合供能站智慧化改造是实现综合供能站高质量发展的重要内容,以“互联网+”智慧能源为方向指引,对卸油全流程进行智慧化监管是实现综合供能站智慧化升级改造的重要环节。围绕综合供能站卸油作业,以数智化管控为核心,以多传感器、数电信号、AI识别等技术为支撑,以全流程监管为目标,通过梳理卸油作业流程节点,分析各作业节点内容和行为特征,构建以AI视频识别技术、数电信号技术和陀螺仪传感器技术为核心支撑的卸油全流程智慧化监管系统,对提高现场监管效率、提升现场监管质量具有重要意义,也为“互联网+”智慧能源的行业发展提供了建设思路和有益尝试。Intelligent transformation of comprehensive energy supply station is an important part to realize high-quality development of comprehensive energy supply station.Guided by"Internet+"intelligent energy,intelligent supervision of the whole oil unloading process is an important link to realize intelligent upgrading and transformation of comprehensive energy supply station.Focusing on the oil unloading operation of comprehensive energy supply station,with digital intelligent management and control as the core,multi-sensor,digital signal,AI identification technology as the support,and the whole process supervision as the target,by combing the oil unloading operation process nodes,analyzing the contents and behavior characteristics of each operation node,an intelligent oil unloading whole process supervision system with AI video identification technology,digital signal technology and gyroscope sensor technology as the core support is built,which is of great significance to improve the on-site supervision efficiency and on-site supervision quality,and can also provide construction ideas and beneficial trials for the industry development of"Internet+"smart energy.
