摘  要:对新疆乌什震区砖木结构、砖混结构和框架结构进行了震害调查,以“散、脆、偏、单”评估法分析建筑破坏与完好的原因。结果表明:缺乏圈梁构造柱的砖木、砖混结构存在“散”的缺陷,破坏极其严重,甚至倒塌,而具有完备构造措施的建筑因其“整”的特性表现较好。某砌筑填充墙框架建筑和内走廊教学楼因其各轴抗侧刚度均衡,具有“匀”的特性,遭受到强震作用依然破坏轻微。因此,该评估方法可以合理地解释乌什地震中建筑的震害现象,可将其应用于后续地震的震害评估中。The seismic damage of brick-wood structures,brick-concrete structures,and frame structures in the affected area of Wushi M_(S)7.1 earthquake,Xinjiang in 2024 was investigated,and the reasons for building damage and intactness was analyzed by the‘loose,brittle,eccentric and isolated’evaluation method.The results indicate that brick-wood and brick-concrete structures lacking of ring beam structural columns exhibit a‘loose’defect,thus leading to their severe damage,including collapse.In contrast,buildings with complete construction measures perform better due to their‘whole’characteristics.Certain masonry infill wall frame buildings and interior corridor teaching buildings,characterized by balanced axial lateral stiffness,demonstrate a‘uniform’feature,yet still experience minor damage under strong earthquake.Therefore,this assessment method can effectively explain the seismic damage phenomena observed in the Wushi earthquake and can be applied to subsequent earthquake damage assessments.
