摘　　要：解决平原洼地区易涝多灾的问题是人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的民生问题。以山东省兰陵县汶河(中泓9+120~13+950段)为例,通过水文水利计算、河道断面设计、穿堤涵洞设计,确定汶河的治涝规划设计方案,对平原洼地区的治涝规划设计提供参考。Solving the problem of frequent floods and disasters in plain depressions is the most concerned,direct and realistic livelihood issue for the people.Taking Wenhe River(K9+120~13+950)in Lanling County,Shandong Province as an example,the drainage planning and design scheme of Wenhe River through hydrological and hydraulic calculation,river section design and culvert design were determined,providing reference for drainage planning and design in plain and depression areas.
