摘 要:以废弃玉米芯为原材料,采用水热法制备了一种电容去离子(CDI)电极材料——生物质炭复合还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)。通过单因素法优化了生物质炭的制备条件;采用循环伏安测试、交流阻抗测试、扫描电子显微镜等探究了生物质炭复合rGO与电化学性能的构效关系;考察了生物质炭复合rCO的CDI脱盐影响规律及再生性能。结果表明:当选用ZnCl_(2)为活化剂时,生物质炭复合rGO的比电容最高,为176.58F/g;且比电容与其介孔孔容量、官能团C-C/C=C的含量成正比;在NaCl浓度为250mg/L,电压为1.4V时,生物质炭复合rGO电吸附容量最大,为11.35mg·g^(-1),是生物质炭的2.19倍,且再生性能良好,15次吸附脱附循环后NaCl去除率仍可稳定在初次的99%。因此生物质炭复合rGO是一种绿色高效的CDI电极材料,为提高碳基材料的脱盐性能提供了技术支持,还可以实现生物质废料的绿色回收。A novel capacitive deionization(CDI)electrode materialbiochar composite reduced graphene oxide(rGO)-was prepared using discarded corn cobs as raw materials through a hydrothermal method.The preparation conditions of biochar were opti-mized by a single-factor method.The structure-performance relationship of biochar composite rGO and its electrochemical properties were investigated using cyclic voltammetry test,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,et al.The desalination performance and regeneration capability of CDI based on biochar composite rGO electrode material were examined.The results show that,the maximum specific capacitance of biochar composite rGO is 176.58 F/g when ZnCl_(2) was used as the activating agent,which is proportional to the mesoporous pore volume and content of C-C/C=C group.The maximum electro-sorption capacity of biochar composite rGO is 11.35 mg·g^(-1)at a NaCl concentration of 250 mg/L and a voltage of 1.4 V,which is 2.19 times that of biochar.Additionally,biochar composite rGO showed excellent regeneration performance,with the NaCl removal rate remaining stable at 99%even after 15 adsorption-desorption cycles.Therefore,biochar composite rGO is a green and efficient CDI electrode material,which provides technical support for improving the desalination performance of carbon based materials and can also achieve green recycling of biomass waste.
